Seth, is designed for the control, management and traceability of bulk products
(minerals, sand, cereals,…) carried out by means of a loader.
This product involves the use of different state-of-the-art technologies, based on satellite positioning, GNSS system, RFID and scale attached to the vehicle.
The objectives to be covered are:
On the one hand, helping paddlers to comply with work orders reliably, minimizing possible human error in loading and unloading operations, as well as their possible sequence.
On the other hand, the management of the operation and traceability of the products subject to transfer or supply.
The system has two main infrastructures:
A high availability web system (Azure), which allows:
Loaders with their types of bucket-shovels
Locations with GPS / RFID identification
Work orders specified by:
Buckets / Weight
End of stock
Monitor in real time the operations carried out by the paddlers, showing the course of the work orders and their possible incidents, as well as the stock.
Queries and Reports:
A hardware/software infrastructure on board of a loader with shovel, which allows helping the paddler in guiding the work orders to be carried out, and minimizing possible human error in loading and subsequent unloading operations:
High-precision GPS to know the location of the loader outdoor, and identify the collection and unloading places, establishing complete traceability.
Scale integrated in the shovel of the loader that generates data in real time of the masses that are loaded and unloaded.
RFID technology, complementary to identify the collection and unloading points or any others that are required within an enclosure, in indoor or other environments not reached by GPS.
Industrial PC, capable of integrating all the information necessary for the paddler to execute the work orders in the correct sequence, with the registration of the necessary amount of material. Along with this, it is capable of applying warning alarms to the paddler and to the general management system in the event that the origin, destination or sequence of the task being executed are not correct.
